Documents or other agreed materials for transmission, procedure for recording comments.
The report reflects the outcome of the trip: the arrival of the vehicle in itself does not replace the transfer of cargo.

Departure date and expected transmission are confirmed for the specific route. We do not promise a daily trip or a free acceptance window without approval.

Does this price apply in any region?
No. The basic format covers a standard box on a consolidated delivery in Moscow and the Moscow region. The exact route is confirmed before ordering; another region requires a separate calculation and confirmation that delivery is possible.
Is collection of goods from my address included?
Not enabled automatically. Pickup, loading, waiting and other additional operations are highlighted in the estimate.
Can I send a pallet or large item?
Let's discuss dimensions, weight and route. The price for a standard box is not the price for a pallet or large cargo.
What to do if the warehouse has postponed acceptance?
Before sending, we will agree on the notification procedure and options for action in case of transfer or refusal. Waiting, return and re-carriage are not included in the original trip without discussion.
