03 / From composition to label

Do not select the product again.
Print from delivery.

The SKU and quantity are already in the shipment contents. Open printing for the required item and set the label parameters.

Product has already been selected. All that remains is to set the print.

Open the contents and click “Print” for the required SKU. The quantity comes from the shipment and can be changed. Select the 58 × 40 mm format or your own size and download the PDF. Marking codes are not needed to print without KIZ.

  • PDF for printing; working with KIZ is a separate choice.

In scenario WB, save the shipping cost and complete the delivery. You can return to her goods and documents later.

Don't lose the cost of traveling to the warehouse.

For a delivered WB shipment, click “Close”. Enter the shipping cost, original currency and a comment. The saved shipping cost is included in the cost of the products in that shipment.

Which supplies are shown in the illustrations?

The page shows the scenario WB FBW with conditional data. In the dashboard of other marketplaces, the stages are called “In progress”, “Completed” and “Archive”. Available documents and actions vary by site and specific delivery.

Can I create a new delivery in this section?

This section is designed to work with supplies received from the marketplace: search, view the composition, documents and available actions. Creating a new delivery is not shown on these screens.

Are all five documents available with each delivery?

No. The menu displays documents available specifically for the selected delivery. If a document is not yet available, it cannot be downloaded from this menu.

What happens when a delivery is saved?

In scenario WB the amount is written to the cost of the delivery items and replaces their stored delivery value. Please check the amount and currency before saving. Delivery goes to “Closed” at SellerStrat; her status in Wildberries does not change.

Can I print labels with KIZ?

For a supported WB-scenario, you can work with the KIZ of a specific article. To print, you need the appropriate product and a sufficient number of available codes. Printing without KIZ is available separately.

Can I export the shipment list?

Yes. Select the required rows and click “Download List”. For more field options, open settings: a detailed table, filters, columns, export and printing are available there.
