How to use the extension

Illustrations follow the expansion screens; store, mug, numbers, dates, times and results - a conditional example. The extension will contain your goods, warehouses and actual statuses WB.

Install the extension and select the workspace WB

What to do. Open Chrome Web Store page and install the extension. Log in to the website WB, select the desired seller, open the extension and click “Update” next to your account.

What will you see. The name of the selected account will appear at the top. When installed for the first time, “My Deliveries” is still empty; The illustration shows the same list after running an example search. Create your delivery using the “＋ New Delivery” button.

What to do. Click “＋New Delivery”, then “Load Items from WB”. In “Product Selection”, find a card by name, article number or barcode. Select the exact option and enter the quantity, then click “Add Selected”.

What will you see. The product, barcode and quantity will appear as part of the new delivery. The example shows one mug, one barcode and 55 pieces.

What to do. In the form, click “Select warehouses”. In the catalog you can search by name, city or address, select the type of item and mark the desired options. Click Apply Selection.

What will you see. The selected items will appear in the “Warehouses” field. For regular boxes, choose supported warehouses and service centers; Pick-up points and acceptance points remain in the catalog for observation for now.

What to do. Indicate “Delivery no earlier than in” - in the example 5 days, that is, the date is in 5 days or later. Select “Free only” or “Coefficient no higher than...” and the limit. Decide whether to allow some barcodes and different warehouses. For automatic booking, leave “Book automatically” and click “Next”.

What will you see. The extension will show a summary of the selected composition and conditions before launch. Without the automatic reservation checkbox, the launch button will be called “Start Search”.

If notifications are not yet connected, click “Connect notifications”, confirm the connection in the bot and return. The illustration shows an already connected Telegram. Then click “Start Search and Auto-Book.”

What will you see. The details of the saved search will open. Telegram is needed only for messages and is not required for searching.

What to do. See the status in the “In work” card. You can close the extension window, but leave Chrome and the main authorized tab WB open. “Suspend” temporarily stops new scans; “Continue checking” resumes. “Stop Search” moves the unfinished search to the archive.

What will you see. If there is no suitable date yet, the search will continue. A reservation sent to WB is considered a result only after confirmation WB; stopping the search does not cancel delivery at WB.

What will you see. The confirmed reservation will appear in “Completed”. When Telegram is connected, the bot will separately report the launch and the confirmed reservation. The extension reserves the slot but does not physically ship the item.
