What does a discount do to profit
At a price of 2 000 ₽ and expenses of 1 600 ₽ the profit is 400 ₽. If in a simplified scenario the price is reduced to 1 800 ₽, and the costs remain the same, the profit will be 200 ₽.

- Margin after price reduction
- 11,1%
- Decrease in profit per unit
- 50%
Simplified example: costs are fixed. In real terms, part of the costs depends on the price.
Change the scenario, not the price blindly
The module relates the new price, discount, price after discount, target margin and profitability. Changing the initial scenario helps to estimate what result will remain from the product.
Calculation is useful before a promotion, a new purchase and a review of advertising. Compare the original option and the plan: a higher discount percentage is not a goal in itself.
First fill in the cost price
Profit and target scenario require cost. Applicable preparation, delivery and other seller costs are derived from the relevant inputs and do not arise from an estimated average amount.
You can maintain your own expense items in the Cost Profile. Check what values are set per item and do not add one expense repeatedly.
- Price and discount for the item in question.
- Cost and own expenses.
- Data of the selected operating model WB.
- Target margin or profitability.
Consider the selected work model WB
The conditions for working with the site warehouse and from your own warehouse differ. Please select the appropriate model and available options before comparing products.
WB scenarios support promotion spreadsheets and price exports for selected products. Importing a file prepares a calculation but does not confirm promotion participation. Exporting a file does not automatically change prices on Wildberries.
Do not confuse margins and profitability
Profit margin is the ratio of profit to revenue; return on cost is the ratio of profit to the applicable cost base. The same percentage in these metrics represents different results.
If the goal is not achieved, check the price, cost and available inventory for advertising. Do not correct the calculation by removing an inconvenient expense: this improves the figure, but not the economy.

Frequently asked questions
Is this automatic price management?
No. The page describes the calculation and preparation of scenarios. Recalculation or export itself does not send the new price to Wildberries.
Can I calculate the price according to the required margin?
The module contains target scenarios for margin and profitability. For an agreed result, the necessary input data must be completed.
Can you prepare several products?
Scenarios and bulk actions apply to selected products. Check your selection and filters before exporting.
How much does the module cost?
From 300 ₽ for 30 days for WB. The premium for active cards is calculated separately for this paid section.
