How to choose between support, reconciliation and restoration?
Support - regular work with current accounting. Reconciliation - analysis of one month using finished materials. Restoration is a project based on past accounting with gaps. In the first conversation, we will clarify the situation and propose an appropriate format.
Why is the starting price not suitable for every store?
Each service has a basic scope and conditions. The calculation is influenced by the form of business, sites, accounts, employees, number of transactions and readiness of documents. For other configurations, the conditions are agreed separately; There is no automatic additional payment after application.
Do you work with several sites or another country of registration?
Include this in the first conversation. Public starting conditions are limited to the described volume for individual entrepreneurs in Russia. We confirm the possibility of operation, composition and cost for another configuration or country separately before ordering.
Do I need to send access and documents immediately?
No. For a short application, your name and phone number are enough. After discussing the purpose, we will determine the necessary materials and a safe method of transfer. Passwords, verification codes and API-keys are not needed in the public form.
