Is analysis really free?
Yes. The initial discussion of one task up to 20 minutes is not paid. Paid work can only begin after separate agreement on the composition and conditions.
Do I need to buy services later?
No. You can use the recommendations yourself, continue the conversation later, or not order further work.
Will I receive a written audit of the entire store?
No. At the first meeting we discuss the situation and the next step. Full review of reports, written opinions and implementation of changes are separate services.
Can I contact you before the store opens?
Yes. Tell us what product and platform you are considering. We’ll help you determine where to start preparing and whether you need a turnkey launch or consultation.
Do I need to immediately transfer access to the account?
No. Your input is sufficient for the initial discussion. Passwords, API-keys and documents are not loaded into the form on the site.
