Connection acceptance criteria
A connection is accepted only after both access verification and a data control check.

The credential is saved and the expected store data is available for analysis.
Prepare access in the marketplace portal
Use the marketplace seller portal to create the credential required by that integration. Prefer read-only scopes when the marketplace supports them.
- do not send the key through chat or email
- do not publish credentials in screenshots
- store the secret only in the access form
Paste the credentials and click Save access
A pasted value remains an unsaved change until the save action is clicked. SellerStrat then starts credential verification.

Wait for Checking to change to Connected.
Validate the first import
Open one data module and compare the store, period, product count and several control rows with the marketplace cabinet. A Connected status proves credential acceptance, while the control check proves that the expected data set is loading.
Frequently asked questions
Is pasting an API key enough?
No. Click Save access and wait for the Connected status.
Can I send an API key to support?
No. Send only the marketplace name, connection status and sanitized error text.
