Prepare access in Ozon Seller
The connection uses an API key and store identifiers from the seller workspace. Create store-specific access for Ozon; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ozon cross-border markets to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

A change becomes active only after it is saved.

Open Ozon Seller and prepare access.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Enter the details, click Save access and wait for Connected.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main Ozon workflow covers catalog, orders, returns, promotion and profit across FBO, FBS and realFBS. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that stocks and supplies are separated across Ozon warehouses, seller warehouses and external delivery.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.
