Prepare access in eMAG Marketplace Dashboard
The connection uses an API key and store identifiers from the seller workspace. Create store-specific access for eMAG; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary to avoid mixing stores and currencies.
Connection sequence
A change becomes active only after it is saved.

Open eMAG Marketplace Dashboard and prepare access.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Enter the details, click Save access and wait for Connected.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main eMAG workflow covers regional European catalog, campaigns, local pricing and profit by country. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that inventory is separated between Fulfilment by eMAG and seller warehouses.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.
