Prepare access in 1688 Seller and Sourcing Workspace
The connection uses approved partner access and connected-store identifiers. Create store-specific access for 1688; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to China and international sourcing routes used by sellers to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main 1688 workflow covers wholesale sourcing, MOQ, supplier prices, batches, samples and landed cost. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that supplies are controlled from purchase order through consolidation, cases and warehouse receipt.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.
