Order exchange procedure
We will determine how tasks are transferred, who clarifies changes and until what point the order can be adjusted. We fix the frequency and working windows in advance.

Picking from inventory
We will organize the assembly of the required unit from the agreed stock. The absence of a product or a discrepancy between an option requires clarification, and not an arbitrary replacement.

Packing and handover

- Order example: number of items, weight, packaging and required labels.
- Order frequency, desired schedule and selected carrier.
- How to submit tasks and receive confirmations.
Base cost is denominated in Russian rubles. City, warehouse, route and availability are confirmed before ordering. Subscription to SellerStrat does not include physical operations with the product.
Working windows, assembly time and the procedure for urgent changes are coordinated with the actual flow of orders and the capabilities of the contractor. Same day processing is not automatically promised.

Is storage included in the price shown?
No. The price refers to the assembly of a single-item order from the agreed warehouse inventory and its transfer. Storage, materials, shipping and returns processing are considered separately.
Is it possible to combine orders from several items?
Yes, such a composition can be discussed. The number of items, weight and operations change the scope of work; cost is confirmed separately from the basic single-subject format.
Orders will be automatically received from all sites?
This offer does not promise automatic integration. The method of transferring tasks, accesses and the supported process are determined before work begins.
Do you also accept returns?
Return processing is not included in the base build. Its possibility, checking the goods, repackaging and cost are agreed upon separately.
