Wildberries data and purposes

The extension uses your existing authenticated Wildberries seller session to read the selected seller, products, item identifiers, barcodes, quantities, warehouses, acceptance restrictions, calendars and supply records. When you start a search, it may create its own drafts and unplanned orders, book eligible supplies, and remove eligible records from that search after checking a confirmed booking. Search requests and operations use the native WB request mechanism.

WB passwords, cookies and session tokens are not included in notification data or sent to SellerStrat. WB authorization remains within WB pages and requests.

Browser storage

Local extension storage holds search settings and identifiers, exact operation receipts, scheduler and cleanup progress, and notification-delivery state. A random installation identifier and authentication secret are generated locally for notifications. They are not your WB password or session token.

Separate installations are not automatically synchronized across browsers. Each installation has its own notification connection. Do not independently start the same intended physical supply in several browsers.

SellerStrat and Telegram

The extension contacts https://sellerstrat.ru/api/wb-extension/notifications for installation status, Telegram linking and notification events. Requests include the installation identifier and authentication secret. Events include the seller UUID and name, search UUID, product identifiers, titles, barcodes and quantities, selected warehouses, booking conditions, confirmed supply identifiers, date and warehouse, and confirmed draft deletion counts. This supports delivery to the intended recipient and delivery reconciliation without duplicate messages.

SellerStrat stores the installation binding, a hash of its secret, the Telegram recipient identifier and delivery records. After you confirm in @sellerstrat_ru_bot, Telegram receives notification text for that recipient. The extension does not receive the bot token or Telegram chat identifier.

Images and network information

Product images may load directly from HTTPS subdomains of wbbasket.ru and geobasket.ru. Those providers receive ordinary network-request information. The extension adds no advertising, user analytics, browsing-history collection, health-data collection or payment-card collection. Limited Use: data is used only for the declared supply search, booking, cleanup and notification workflow. It is not sold or used for advertising, creditworthiness assessment or lending.

Controls and retention

Local data remains until removed by the user or browser, including extension removal. You can pause or stop a search and disconnect Telegram. Stopping does not cancel a booking already submitted to WB. Removing the extension does not delete WB supplies or Telegram messages.

Disconnecting Telegram revokes the active binding and eligible pending deliveries; it does not erase all server history. No fixed automatic deletion period is established for all binding and delivery records. Contact info@sellerstrat.ru to request access, correction or deletion of SellerStrat notification data; requester verification may be required. WB and Telegram independently control their records under their own policies.

Security and permissions

Requests use HTTPS. Exact seller, search and record identities are checked before changes. A lost write or deletion receipt does not authorize automatically repeating an unknown operation.

Host access and required permissions are granted through your browser. The Firefox package declares personallyIdentifyingInfo, authenticationInfo, websiteActivity and websiteContent and requires Firefox 140 or later for built-in collection consent. Declining required consent or permissions prevents dependent functions.
