Prepare access in Tmall Merchant Center
The connection uses approved partner access and connected-store identifiers. Create store-specific access for Tmall; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to China and Tmall cross-border programs to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

A change becomes active only after it is saved.

Open Tmall Merchant Center and prepare access.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Enter the details, click Save access and wait for Connected.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main Tmall workflow covers branded goods, flagship stores, campaigns and local China-market economics. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that inventory is separated across bonded warehouses, local fulfillment and import supplies.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.
