Prepare access in company account Prom.ua
The connection uses a seller token created in account settings. Create store-specific access for Prom.ua; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to Ukraine and international routes used by Prom.ua sellers to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

A change becomes active only after it is saved.

Open company account Prom.ua and prepare access.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Enter the details, click Save access and wait for Connected.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main Prom.ua workflow covers merchant storefronts, catalogs, orders and multiple delivery carriers. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that fulfillment depends on seller warehouse, selected carrier and payment status.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.

Wait for Connected first. Initial import time depends on account volume and available API methods; verify period and row count in the opened module.
