Prepare access in Etsy Shop Manager
The connection uses application authorization with seller-approved permissions. Create store-specific access for Etsy; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to United States, Europe and Etsy international audience to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

Open Etsy Shop Manager and prepare access.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Enter the details, click Save access and wait for Connected.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main Etsy workflow covers handmade, vintage, digital products, personalization and small-batch cost control. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that fulfillment is generally seller-managed with production lead time and selected carrier.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.
