Prepare access in seller account Wildberries
The connection uses a seller token created in account settings. Create store-specific access for Wildberries; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other Wildberries markets to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

A change becomes active only after it is saved.

Open seller account Wildberries and prepare access.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Enter the details, click Save access and wait for Connected.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main Wildberries workflow covers broad assortment, frequent repricing, returns and detailed SKU logistics. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that marketplace-warehouse and seller-warehouse fulfillment, including FBW workflows.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.
