Prepare access in seller account Rozetka
The connection uses seller login credentials exchanged server-side for a temporary API token. Create store-specific access for Rozetka; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to Ukraine and Rozetka delivery regions to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

A change becomes active only after it is saved.

Open seller account Rozetka and prepare access.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Enter the details, click Save access and wait for Connected.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main Rozetka workflow covers electronics, home goods and a broad catalog with price and availability control. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that orders are split across seller shipment, pickup points and marketplace logistics.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.

Wait for Connected first. Initial import time depends on account volume and available API methods; verify period and row count in the opened module.
