Prepare access in Kuaishou Merchant Workbench
The connection uses application authorization with seller-approved permissions. Create store-specific access for Kuaishou; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to China to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main Kuaishou workflow covers content commerce, live streams, creator channels and short-video sales. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that orders and inventory are matched to store, content channel and fulfillment method.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.
