Prepare access in seller account Kaspi.kz
The connection uses a seller token created in account settings. Create store-specific access for Kaspi.kz; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to Kazakhstan and Kaspi.kz commerce regions to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

A change becomes active only after it is saved.

Open seller account Kaspi.kz and prepare access.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Enter the details, click Save access and wait for Connected.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main Kaspi.kz workflow covers products, orders, installment sales, local delivery and KZT result control. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that inventory and orders are matched by store, city, delivery and pickup.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.
