The connection uses store-issued client credentials without sharing a personal password. Create store-specific access for Cdiscount / Octopia; do not reuse an owner's personal password.
Confirm the account belongs to France and Octopia European markets to avoid mixing stores and currencies.

Choose the marketplace and store in SellerStrat.

Enter the details, click Save access and wait for Connected.

Open the first module and verify period, store and imported row count.
Checks after connection
The main Cdiscount / Octopia workflow covers consumer catalog, price competition, international sellers and EUR profit. Verify products, orders, settlements and inventory for the fulfillment models in use.
Operational reconciliation must reflect that inventory is separated between Cdiscount Fulfilment and seller warehouses.
Protect access and data
Never send tokens or keys through chat, email or screenshots. A connection status and sanitized error text are enough for diagnostics.
When access is revoked, create a new value, save it and run a control import.
